The Top Rung Awards was an employee recognition program created by former TELUS Executive Vice-president of Technology Strategy, Eros Spadotto. The Top Rung Awards consisted of 5 award categories: 1) The Customer Hero; 2) The Distinguished Leader; 3) The Game Changer; 4) The Trailblazer; and 5) The Outstanding Partner. As the senior design consultant in TSBT, I was tasked with branding and marketing the recognition program internally.

The 2017 Top Rung Awards
2017 was a milestone year for the Top Rung Awards. The 5th anniversary of the recognition program prompted a brand refresh that included new award category icons, digital communications and print collateral.
